Vodafone Business Marketplace is a one stop shop for SMB digital apps (like Microsoft Office 365, G Suite and more) that will help you run, grow and secure your business, while allowing you to get all the support needed from one single point of contact. The Vodafone Business Marketplace is free to use.
2. How do I get started on the Vodafone Business Marketplace?
After you have bought the first application from the marketplace, you will receive an activation email; you must activate your account within 15 minutes. Once you have logged in, you will arrive on the Dashboard page, from where you can: • Invite users to the Marketplace • Assign application licences to Company Users • Purchase new applications • See your recent activity in Marketplace such as any purchases, assigning of licences and requests from Company users.
3. How do I change my Vodafone Business Marketplace password?
In order to change your password, please follow below steps: • Log in to Vodafone Business Marketplace. • Go to the user name icon • Click on My settings tab • Under password section, input your old and new password • Click on Save settings
4. How do I manage my Vodafone Business Marketplace products and services?
If you are a Company User, please contact your Company Administrator and request for the desired changes to be made to your application products (company administrator will do it on your behalf). If you are a Company Administrator, you can buy products and assign product licences to particular users directly from the marketplace.
Accounts and roles
1. What are the Vodafone Business Marketplace roles?
There are two different Marketplace roles: Company user and Company Administrator. Company user - everyone that has use of an application that you have bought through the Marketplace. Company users can log in to the Marketplace, see what applications have been assigned to them and use them. Company Administrator can buy products and assign product licences to particular Company Users.
2.Can I invite a new Company User to the Vodafone Business Marketplace?
Company Administrator can invite new users to the Vodafone Business Marketplace and manage their licences. Please follow below steps: • Log in to your Vodafone Business Marketplace account • From the menu, choose the Manage, this will take you to the Dashboard page • To invite just one user, please add their email address and then click on Invite • To invite multiple users, please choose Invite Multiple • Enter the user’s email address. The role will default to User • Click Send Invitations
3. How do I disable or remove company users on Vodafone Business Marketplace?
Company Administrators are the only ones authorized to disable/enable or remove users from the marketplace. Disabling a Company User will keep their profile, but they will not have access to the marketplace. Find the user that needs to be disabled/enabled and choose the available option to change their access. If an employee leaves your company, you should remove them completely from the marketplace, but please ensure you remove any apps and licences before proceeding to this step. Go to the Gear icon and select Remove User.
4.Can I resend an invitation?
To resend an invitation, please follow below steps: • Log in to your Vodafone Business Marketplace account • From the menu, choose the Manage, this will take you to the Dashboard page • From the menu, choose Users • Select Manage Invitations. This will show you a list of the pending invitations • Select Resend or Revoke, depending on your need • You will receive a confirmation
Buying and managing licenses
1. How do I assign a license in the Vodafone Business Marketplace?
If you want to assign an application licence to a new Company User, please follow below steps: • Log in to the marketplace • Go to the Manage tab • Choose Assign Apps • On the Assign Apps screen, choose the application you want to assign on • From the list of users displayed, please select the ones you wish to assign the licences to. • Choose Save changes to complete the action.
2. How do I cancel the licenses in the Vodafone Business Marketplace?
If you want to cancel an application licence, please follow below steps: • Log in to marketplace • Go to the Manage tab • Choose Applications • On the Applications screen, choose Manage Apps • When you have found the application, please go to the Manage button and choose Manage Application from the drop-down list • From the new screen displayed, please selected the tab “Upgrade Subscription” • Choose the product/service you want to update and enter the new total number of licences you want. • Last step to be taken is to “un-assign” the 2 licences from your company users.
1. What happens if I forget my password for the Vodafone Business Marketplace?
In case you have forgotten your password, please follow below steps to get it reset: • Open the marketplace and click on log in • From the Log in screen, please select the forgot password link • A password reset email will be sent to you • Please follow instructions contained in that email to have your password reset
2. Vodafone Business Marketplace site availability and maintenance
To ensure you get the best possible service, we regularly carry out maintenance checks and improvements on the site. We will notify Company Administrators by email if this is due to happen and again when the site is back up and running.
